- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for visiting the client home and giving them quote. Its better for us to give a quote in person then by phone. We give discount especially when the client is willing to leave us a review after the job is done and the last we are very sure that our fees are the lowest on market for now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just want everything to be clear from the start. I make a contract for everything my client wants to do and if he has a designer then i follow those blueprints, if not then i follow my clients opinion and everybody is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have certificates but most important for me in my kind of field its my 20+years experience in tiles, bathrooms remodels, flooring, painting etc etc.
