We recently had our floors changed from carpet to vinyl, and overall had a great experience. Terry was fantastic to work with—very respectful, not pushy at all, and really listened to what we wanted. Arl and the team did an amazing job with the installation. They ran a little late on the first day procuring materials, but the quality of their work definitely made up for it. Very happy with how everything turned out! Would recommend!

Terry Medina, the owner of Persistent FCP Flooring, and his team did an excellent job on our laminate flooring install. We had purchased the material in advance thinking we might install ourselves, but when the time came, we decided to use a professional. With a couple of our quotes, the Contractor wasn't totally happy we already had the material. Terry not only didn't mind, he suggested a couple of "upgrades" to the install that we hadn't thought of and didn't increase the cost for install. Terry's responsiveness, the teams work quality and the overall value from Persistent FCP Flooring was above and beyond what we expected. Call him - you wont be disappointed.

I came across Terry through reviews on this site. I have worked with many contractors in LV area and he stood out as very responsive, on time, great to communicate with. He responded to my request asap, provide the quote quickly, and was ready to start working right away. At the end of each day, he also provided photo updates of what has been done and where things stand. I never had to chase on timing or babysit the project. His crew installed 800 sq ft of LVP on my top floor and stairs in about 4 days, including prep and floor leveling work. Because he specialize in flooring, he is very knowledgeable, and provide some selections to choose from. His quote was fair and in line with other contractors. I will definitely hire him again for other flooring related work.
