- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with the market. We try to work with you and give you the best price possible. We are in business not to price gouge but to help people get what they need done. We do REQUIRE 1/2 upfront as a deposit to cover business expenses and materials needed for your project. We don't make anything until the job is done completely and you are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This would include speaking to you either in person or via phone and going over your project and what it is exactly what you would like to do. We would then give you a quote via email. Once you accept the quote given, we will proceed to schedule you for your said project to be completed on a date and time that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 6 years in the industry and used to manage a local company which did wide variety of projects. I have many contacts that I still utilize. If I can't do it I will find someone who will.
