Also to clarify to my audience, we get charged to engage in any sort of communication with you. Sometimes this fee isn't small nor does it matter if we get hired or not. Hello Nicholas, I encountered an unexpected circumstance that day. Certain circumstances are inevitable. luckily I told you as soon as possible which was two hours prior to our appointment. Movers are in high demand and two hours should've been more than sufficient to book another mover to fulfill your needs. Thankfully, Thumbtac offers same day moving technicians that couldve assisted you without jeopardizing your move. Situations happen and we should try to be a little more humane, understanding, and rationalize. To highlight this review Thumbtac has a lot of options, communication is the key, please stay in constant communication with the technician before the arrival, during the job, and at the end of the job.
