The folks that met with me were super pleasant and gave good vibes. I waited a few days on my quote and then reached back to gently remind them to get back with me. They responded they would work the quote over the weekend and well it's Thursday right now so, it would mean id have to reach out again. This may have been a one time thing cause why would you spend money to get bids on Thumbtack and then not get back with your lead? I won't one or two star them because they were nice, but if you can't deliver a quote - then what excuses may come up when work is being done? It just took a pivot in the wrong direction and I'll have to find another construction company to help me out.

I highly recommend Monarch Designs! Jetzely was very knowledgeable in fabrication and design as well as delivery and sourcing materials. Their keen eye to detail and quality is second to none! I will continue to work with her and her team and I suggest you check with her before going to big box stores. Her materials are much higher quality and she adds a personal touch in customer service which is important to me. She met me outside of normal hours to accommodate my busy schedule.
