We are delighted in recommending LIA Construction company to everyone looking to have their homes remodeled. They performed a total home remodel from: developing an open floor concept between living room, great room and kitchen by removing three existing walls; complete remodel of master bath, guess bath and powder room; a kitchen remodel from new cabinets to installing a 12' by 6' island with built in appliances; installed 3,000 sq. ft of floor tile; retrofitted new LED lighting system through out the house and painted every inch of the interior of the house. As my wife described the remodel job "they touched every inch of the interior of our home" at the same time worked with us as we lived inside our home during the project!!!! Lastly "even in these times we all live in" they performed the project on time and within budget!!!!

I did a total remodel of my master bathroom! Absolutely love how is turned out. They helped me select everything. Next year looking forward to remodeling the guest bathroom and my kids! Amazing job Lia team! Highly recommended!

We entered into a contracted Lia Construction to have a full kitchen and master bathroom remodel. We were able to select our own cabinet style which was amazing! No prefabricated for us! They helped us find the perfect stone for the countertops, at their contractors pricing! We made a few changes along the way which they incorporated into the project flawlessly. It was a pleasure to work with everyone from Lia Construction and we would use them again, if we ever had another project. And we definitely commend them to anyone who asks.

I would suggest LIA Construction to anyone asking! Dror, Ely, Rema, Jessie and Doug were wonderful to work with! There were some miscommunications but as soon as I let them know, they were fixed. They have a very big crew and sometimes there was a language barrier but again, as soon as I told Dror or Ely, any issues were fixed quickly. Rema and Jessie worked tirelessly with suggestions and research for materials... KUDOS! They worked every day, even Sundays and when I had a death in my family, they respected that and did not work for a few days which was very sweet. Thank you LIA Construction!

Lia Construction's team was amazing to work them. We had a complex construction project that included the complete construction of 500sqft of pool-house/casita and a 20ft patio extension that includes a large outdoor kitchen. We also have major renovations to our kitchen made. Mr. Midany was extremely helpful in explaining the stages of the construction process, setting expectations, and providing sound advice relative to various design issues that we proposed. The project was completed on time and on budget and everything that Mr. Midany and Lia Construction promised during the project phase, materialized with a great deal of accuracy. We are extremely pleased with the final results. Lia Construction made the construction process pleasant and painless and the professionalism of their workers and the owner was very admirable. We can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Lia Construction.
