I write reviews on Yelp and 4 other platforms and I believe in honest reviews based on experience. Let’s start with the Pros: 1. Fast response 2. Price quoted upfront flat fee 3. Arrived early 11:19 for 11:30 appt 4. Called same day arrived no issues 5. Cool to learn we were from the same area and actually attended the same high high school. What are the chances? 6. The item that I was having placed in the home was in particularly tricky and turned out being quite heavy with a really challenging stairwell to navigate and they managed to get it up. (nice guy) 7. Removed large trash boxes from the garage 8. Nice helper that came with him Cons: 1. I have a real thing about people not bringing shoe covers or removing their shoes in the home. I felt like I had to Conceit when it was mentioned and not offered to remove. 2. often mentioned his five star review for his expertise however, I had to fully instruct on how to measure a wall to make sure that artwork was appropriately and evenly hung. Not a super big deal but I am definitely not one to just eyeball a wall for accuracy 3. I have hardwood floors and he just kept dropping his tools and placing them on a white banister.. 4. my stairwell was greatly damaged now it’s gonna cost me between 175 and $200 to Repair with that being said it was an in particularly hard stairwell to navigate but nonetheless there were no precautions to protect the furniture or the banister blankets could be put down. There were ways to prevent the amount of damage and it was taken for granted, in my opinion. doesn’t matter fact he cut all the plastic off of the furniture that actually would have prevented any scrapes to the furniture and that didn’t make sense to me. 5. I was quoted a flat rate for the majority of the items at the last minute. I did add items before he arrived however, to charge an additional $80 to hang photos that actually didn’t even need studs was a bit excessive…. We agreed on 250 from from the org $200 quoted 6. Not offering to cleaning up your mess after was a problem ( sweeping would have been fine) I’m a construction, business owner, and the only way to improve is to hear the honest truth and not everyone has the same perspective and maybe other people didn’t have the experience I had I can’t speak for them. I can only speak for me, but I think providing honest feedback is the best way for growth so that’s what I’m giving. Would I recommend you hire for junk hauling, furniture moves and handy man work, but if you’re really, really particular like I am about your home you may need to provide more direction and set your expectations upfront.

they were very responsive and did an awesome job. They came the same day and hauled everything away. We had a old Playset, Playhouse, and some other junk in our backyard that needed to go!

Jason responded quickly and arranged to have the project, pick up, and remove couches. Jason & Micheal were very quick and attention to detail. I had a large sofa to be moved from two story home and was concerned, Jason handled it with ease. I would definitely hire him.
