- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up-front flat-rate pricing. Everything is broken out and nothing is hidden. Estimates: We offer Free Estimates for new installations. Trouble Shooting: For repairs and troubleshooting, we have a trip charge of $89.00 and a troubleshooting rate of $44.50 per half hour for residential customers ONLY. Our Trip charge and rate are in addition to the cost of repairs, but we require approval for repair costs before proceeding. If the customer is a Senior(65 years +) or Military, we offer a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding a new customer is simple, we just need your personal information, (Home address, phone number, email address & service request)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and will arrive in a fully stocked van.
