John took over our project from a previous electrician we had hired and the difference was night and day. He and his crew were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. They kept us informed about what was going on and any complications as they arose (mostly due to the poor quality of work from the person they replaces). They installed overhead lights thoughout the home, completed a fairly complicated home networking setup, installed several new power sockets and a television, and completed all of the touch-ups so expertly that you can’t tell anything ever needed touching up — he even fixed some of the damage from the electrician he replaced. All of his communication and estimates were detailed and professional, and he and his team cleaned up as they went, going out of their way to keep the disruptions to our home to a minimum. And at the end of the day, their pricing was actually fairly competitive with the shady weirdo we’d hired the first time. Live and learn. I cannot recommend J&M highly enough. Truly outstanding.
