- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always upfront and transparent about our pricing. All estimates are a flat rate and there's no sales pitch when we arrive. We offer New Customer, Repeat Customer and Veteran/Military/Senior discounts when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our reception as well as our techs do a great job of explaining exactly what our services are and what we are going to do when we are in your home. We take before and after photos as proof of our work so you can be confident we did exactly what we said we were going to do - provide amazing services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a NADCA certified company, so we have an ASCR Certified tech on staff, years of experience, and the right equipment and techniques to do a proper job.
