FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I remain competitive in the field, always growing as a professional and do offer some discounts. My pricing reflects my 14 years of hands-on experience in the veterinary animal handling and professional dog training fields. To maintain a legitimate professional business it requires a business license, liability insurance, marketing and lots of other fees and costs per month- so we can offer the highest quality of dog training services to you and your pack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a feel for their short and long term training goals, then offer a suggested plan and explain the steps. We meet privately, in public and/or in a group setting depending upon each unique clients needs and we implement the plan and follow-up regularly until they’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree as a veterinary technician, license as a veterinary technician, certification from Animal Behavior College for Dog Training, PetsMart trainer certification, Good Pup trainer certification, AKC CGC and Temperament Test Evaluator, more than 14 years as a trainer and vet tech, memberships to a variety of professional veterinary, behavior and dog training associations.
