Tracy was amazing at getting me scheduled. She provided detailed information on the appointment and what to expect from the groomers. Additionally, I informed her of my dogs PTSD and she assured me the groomers were specially trained on anxiety and elderly dogs and would take good care of my dog.
Brittany arrived and was patient with my nerves regarding my anxious dog. She assured me he was in great hands and informed me that I can always pop in to check on my dog if I felt I wanted/needed to.
My anxious dog was able to get groomed and he looked amazing!
I am so grateful for the service and highly recommend!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this service deserves one. We had a bad experience with a different mobile grooming company and had some anxiety about trying another company. Andre was very responsive to my questions before the grooming. He arrived on time and ready to tackle our fur babies. They are large double coated Eurasiers who are not fans of grooming, but Andre won them over and did a fantastic job!! Our more skittish pup even gave him kisses 🥰. Our new rescue dog is very nervous and anxious but Brittany did an excellent job and she was very professional. We are so happy with the results. This company’s employees and office personnel are also excellent communicators.
