- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price things out per square foot of the area. We'll schedule a measure with you and provide you with a quote that same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would start with a call to schedule a measure to visit your home or business to look at the project and discuss your options as well as measure the area you would like to upgrade with stone slabs. Initial Consultation: Schedule in-home consultation and measure to discuss your project needs, scope and size of the project, design ideas, desired stone types, estimate a start to finish timeline depending on where your at in your project. We'll also discuss with you our expertise and experience with marble and granite installation for similar projects, fabrication process, and go over your options and edge details. Templating and Measurement: Our professional will precisely measure your countertop area to ensure accurate fabrication. Stone Selection: Visit us to view available stone slabs and choose your preferred color, pattern, and quality. We'll help you find the perfect stone for your project depending on your personal style and needs. We can recommend stone shops for you to shop around and we can also come with you if you'd like some extra help selecting. We'll discuss the pros and cons of different stone types based on your needs and budget. Design Layout Approval: Once you pick your material we will present a design layout based on your measurements, allowing you to approve the placement of seams and sink cutouts, flow and book match options. Cut & Fabrication: Once the design is approved, the stone slabs will be cut and fabricated to match the template specifications in our own facility with our large table saws and CNC machines. Installation: The installation team will remove your existing countertops, install the new stone countertops, and seal them properly. Ensure all necessary plumbing connections are made and checked for functionality.

We are licensed and bonded in Nevada and Utah so you can have peace of mind that the job will be done in a professional and timely fashion.
