Tech responded very quickly and truly helped us out of a bind by doing whatever it took to ensure our internet was back up and running even though it was quite late in the day. Ken was so kind to come in his day off to take a look at my desktop computer. I had taken it apart to clean it after it wasn’t working properly and i couldn’t get a piece back on. So Ken was able to put it back together but it still wasn’t working. He gave me suggestions on different desktops to purchase.

Its pretty simple. The average home user it will be $100 or less. The cost is based on what the problem is and how far away you are from my house. (Gas money)

Yes, I have always and will always continue my education because the technology field is always changing. If I don't stay informed what good am I.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working on computers since the 4th grade. When I found out you can make money doing what I love it was a no brainier. I have been doing computer work in one way or another ever since.
