I've been in business since 2003 and just now started my own LLC. I previously worked for tech companies both in retail and in the service area. I have been helping locals save money and get the right diagnosis for their issues. I am here to make connections with people that want honest diagnosis and save money. I'm here for the long haul. I have been servicing customers all the way from Arizona across Las Vegas to Utah. And I am now officially nationwide with helping residential and small businesses in Boston, NY, Florida, Georgia and Colorado. That's the type of reputation I have established. I will always be here to help more than to make the quick Buck. I will never charge for Diagnostics and I will always explain the issue/s. I will give my recommendations as well as options. Jonaz is amazing! I use my computer for my business and I have been very frustrated with my computer not working and not being able to complete any work. I’ve been to several companies that told me I’d have to pay for a diagnostic and they would let me know what was wrong in 4 weeks. Jonaz contacted me immediately and helped me fix my problem remotely! He was very patient, he explained and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my computer and how to fix the problem. He has been extremely helpful and I really appreciate doing business with him! I will definitely contact him if I ever have any more computer problems. Jonaz contacted me immediately, while I heard absolutely nothing from the locals here in Jim Thorpe, Pa. His knowledge of these computers is amazing and he knew exactly what to do, plus he did things that didn't pertain to my problem. His knowledge and work ethics, and going the extra mile to leave your machine running like new, and going above and beyond your expectations, and his fee is way below any of the so called LOCAL pro's. I highly reccomend Jonaz over anyone else I'vedone business with. And if you need a new computer, he can build you one for less than half the price of any store's price, Five Stars, at least. I
