- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SteamKing keeps it simple. I price based on square footage and service type — tile, grout, furniture, you name it. If you’re getting more than one thing cleaned in the same visit, bundle pricing applies. I also offer custom project quotes for off-menu items — maybe it’s your patio grill, maybe it’s your barber chairs. If it makes sense to steam it, I’ll price it fair and do it right. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation about your space and needs. Then, we build a simple quote and schedule a time that works for you. On-site, I walk you through what to expect, do the work myself, and ensure you're 100% satisfied before wrapping up.

While I’m not a franchise or chain, I’ve spent years studying sanitation systems, commercial cleaning standards, and safe steam application methods. This isn’t guesswork — it’s dialed in for results without overcomplicating it.
