We needed our 85” and 75” TVs mounted. I was so nervous, hiring individuals I didn’t know or see previous work from.
Jason and his team were so supportive of that fact, they explained their work and flow of the job. Insuring the job would be done correctly and with confidence. They told me my feelings were understandable and not to worry, then reassured me it’s normal. I felt more calm and collected.
They diligently handled the equipment and took the time to figure out the dimensions of the area, didn’t rush the job and mounted both TVs successfully.
They were clean and wore shoe covers, cleaned up their work areas in each room, and were extremely tidy. On top of being quiet and still communicative when I would check in on them.
They are skilled respectful young men and came across dedicated to the tasks at hand. Thank you Jason we will continue to use you and Jose for numerous jobs your multitalented skill sets can provide.

Decided to choose Rocky Pro services and did not regret my decision. They replaced my unit for a fair price and everything has been running great since. Would definitely recommend them for ac replacements.

If you don’t want to be scammed out of money by a big company, consider Rocky. They respond quickly, ask all the right questions, and communicate everything out to you. Turns out I didn’t need a new unit!
