- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Repair or replacement, Fast Affordable Air will be the price to beat. We don't pay salesmen or drive fancy new trucks. This way we can put the money where it matters most in Technical training, site supervision, quality parts, and the best brands of equipment. If you know exactly what you need we can quote a price over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fast Affordable Air has several options for contacting us. You can call us any time and our helpful staff will answer your questions and schedule your service. We also have a chat on our site that allows you to speak directly with a scheduler. If you have a specific question prior to scheduling you can ask your question directly to a service provider.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team at FAA is on top of cutting-edge technology. This group loves to learn. Each technician and installer must go through 6 weeks of training just to get hired. Then they work in an apprenticeship role until they are ready to handle the most complicated of jobs. Some do not make the cut. The ones that do are the best of the best. In truth, only a small number of applicants are accepted. Those that have worked for other companies need to be untrained from practices that are common to other companies.
