- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NOTE - FOR PRIVATE CHEF - Our Pricing starts at $175. per person and is nonnegotiable. Pricing - WELL THIS JUST DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU REALLY WANT! We use quality ingredients so you get a wonderful tasty meal for your party because everyone remembers a great party by the food!!! We do not offer discounts and pricing does not include tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to talk so we can figure out the best menu for you. We arent just order off the menu because I can adjust recipes. Now if you dont want a special menu thats ok we can still give you wonderful choices off of our basic menu. I need to know how many women and men. We eat differently so why not include something for everyone. How many? What's your budget? Is there something you want on your menu? Let me know if you don't have time and just want me to create a casual or high end menu! Understand high end menu means it's going to be more expensive because your talking seafood and steak! I just need to know does anyone have allergies and if not thats ok too... I'll just create a more detailed menu so if someone has certain main allergies they'll know what to eat...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from the very old and very wise woman, a few men, and chefs in the US as well as a variety of different countries. The best advice I ever learned was from a French chef and his mom. I am only a chef when today my people have enjoyed their meal with love!!! Then I can never leave out my southern farmer grandmother who taught me so much! I cant tell you some of what I know simply because I learned at such a young age. It was a pinch of this or dash of that, but always understanding the seasons as seasons change so must the balance of your dishes. All about Love!!!!
