Pricing is tailored to the customer's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually assess needs and determine if we are a good fit to work together. There is an onboarding process and operational procedures to get things done. I usually train the customers to be able to complete most tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in Business Administration, including Accounting and Payroll rules (I got my degree in Italy). I am certified in QuickBooks Online (advanced).
