- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very flexible and willing to work with you on whatever your budget may be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just like to either have a phone call, or possibly meet beforehand just to get an idea of what they're looking for, and just to put a face to the name. I just need to know, the date & time, length of the event, if you want me to create any special cocktails or nonalcoholic drinks, and I'll take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a manager and bartender for going on 12 years with over 16 altogether in hospitality.
