- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work 24hrs!!! And I charge a $50 service call charge to come troubleshoot or give estimate between hours of ( 7am-4pm) $100 emergency calls between (7pm- 11pm) $150 (11pm- 7am). If hired for the job these fee’s are waived. If you leave a good review, refer customer or are a returning customer I will give you 10% off your next service call. I stand on all my work, if there is problem after I complete your service call I will come back out the first time for free as long as it’s within 30 days. Anytime after is a $35 service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of what service is needed. Then I like to explain to them how long it will take and schedule when I can get it done. Then we agree on a price and get to work!
