- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to keep the process straightforward and transparent. It typically starts with an initial consultation where I gather details about the appliance issue and schedule a convenient time for a visit. Once on-site, I conduct a thorough inspection to diagnose the problem and provide a clear explanation of the issue, along with an estimated timeline and cost for the repair. After getting approval, I proceed with the repair, using quality parts to ensure lasting results. Throughout the process, I keep the customer informed and always follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly after the service. My goal is to provide fast, reliable repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as an appliance technician from my time working in Ukraine. In addition to hands-on experience, I have completed extensive technical training in appliance repair, which includes certifications in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general appliance diagnostics. This combination of formal training and practical experience allows me to provide high-quality, efficient service to my customers.
