Ed was quick to respond to me at 10:00 pm and was at my house by 8:00 am the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer not heating and had it repaired within 30 minutes. And on top of that, he cleaned out the buildup of dust inside the machine to help prevent it from overheating and causing more problems in the future. Friendly and reasonable with his prices. Would highly recommended.
