Best personal trainer I’ve ever had! Truly cares about my fitness, health and well-being by helping me set goals, work hard to achieve them while tracking and celebrating progress. After 10 weeks of working out consistently 4 times a week, I am feeling toned, with increased energy, improved strength and my confidence is soaring! While the work is hard and requires dedication, Jack is the ultimate trainer to partner with. I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey wand reaping the awesome rewards! Check him out, you won’t be disappointed.

The hardest part of trying to get a workout in your day has to be the seemingly hopeless task of motivating yourself into getting up and going to the gym, I know that was definitely something I struggled with. When I walked into the Strength Center I was immediately greeted by one of the personal trainers and he asked me about my personal fitness goals and what I wanted to accomplish. He then started talking to me about a specific fitness program that would fulfill those goals. Thanks to the unique interactive training and friendly environment I find myself actually wanting to go and workout. I'm proud to say that i have been going to the Strength Center for almost 7 months now and it has honestly transformed my lifestyle. I'm more physically active than ive ever been and my eating habits have improved dramatically. I have alot more energy throughout the day and after a workout I just feel great! The facility itself and the people that work in it are awesome, I would recommend it to anyone. Go and check it out for yourself!

Jack is an excellent trainer. He has very extensive knowledge about healthy lifestyles and not just exercise alone. I would highly recommend his services. He created a workout plan and clean eating plan for me. His workouts are not only fun, but they kick my butt in the BEST way! I have already lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks and numerous inches.

At the Strength Center the private training rate is $75 per session. I also offer in home training at a rate of $65 per session as well as online programs which range from $99- $300 per month.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, as well as TRX certified. I am also currently in training to become a physical therapist and am pursuing another ceritfication by PTA Global to continue my education and become the best trainer I can be.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My entire life I have been involed in sports, mainly golf and baseball. Being around that you learn how to live a healthy lifestyle at a very young age. My first job was with the Las Vegas 51s who are the AAA team of the Toronto Bluejays. I started out as a batboy and worked my way up to becoming the assistant clubhouse manager. I eventually became close with one of the trainers of the team and gained a wealth of knowledge through that experience. As time went on I finally realized I had a passion for helping people and decided I wanted to become a physical therapist, which led me to start out as a personal trainer to gain experience in doing similar work. I love what I do and I love making other people live healthier and more successful lives.
