- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I allow bundle discounts as well as individual services for a one-time fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone introduction as well as profile review on both ends. I take the time to research my client, to get a better understanding of their needs. I also allow them the opportunity to do research on me and check my reference points for accountability. Once we are comfortable moving forward, we can discuss services and pricing; Then the contact agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a well-rounded executive assistant for 16+ years who has worked for both government and private sector as an admin. I've taken various training classes and seminars in order to enhance my professional ability to serve others
