- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value your time and hope you value mine as well. Travel fee is half of my hourly rate. Virtual coaching is preferred when client is competent and confident.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial virtual assessment evaluating needs and scheduling goals. Weekly nutrition consultation 1-3 personal training sessions/week (client dependent)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
