Working with the clients needs we offer functuality and comfort to the homes making sure our clients are 100 % satisfied. Its more than just design but a huge collaboration with the clients in the area of customer service and intense passion for design. I enjoy turning a house into a home for my clients. I work strongly with space planning to make sure that all areas of the home is used and that there is no areas that are over- looked. That way the entire home is consistent and functional. I enjoy placing everything strategically and watching the entire vision come to life once the project has been completed.

I had a great experience. The materials were exactly what I wanted and Jenae listened to my concerns and addressed them. She went way above and beyond. Everything was on time. The work was great. I think the only problem I had was that I couldn't do more right now with my house. I will use her at a later date when I'm ready to do more. She is very knowledgeable and has great vision when looking at a home and uses that talent to make a house look wonderful.

Jenae is an outstanding designer! She helped me choose furniture and other decorative items for my home that would match what I alread currently have. First she came over and looked over my home and items, then we had another meeting and she showed me pictures of items and furniture in a few magazines. This was so she could get a feel for my style. We sat down and budgeted and after that, she used that budget to purchase items for my home and then she came in while I was at work, decorated my home before I got back. It was so amazing to come home to a new home. Everything was placed and looked like a model home. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she also has the biggest and most caring heart! I definitely made a dear friend in the process.

Jenae is an intuitive lady who is very personable and friendly. That is important to me for starters. I need to work with cooperating personalities. Having established that, Jenae came to my "new to me" home and looked at the layout (with jackhammer noise and trash all around) and looked at the ideas which I had already had in mind. She was accepting of my somewhat eccentric ways and she worked with me so that I could come to my own conclusions that I needed to change a detail or three :) NO perssure! In fact, she already had made a design board and had looked up my home on the internet so that she would be familiar with the project in ADVANCE of our meeting! We have just started this project and I am looking forward to a great result. I am a frugal man and budget oriented and Jenae is OK with that. MORE AS THE PROJECT PROGRESSES--- :) :) :)

Working with Jenae has been a wonderful experience. My family and I had a complicated and challenging project - moving from another state to a large, completely empty home. Jenae was extremely responsive, attentive, and acted with the utmost integrity during every stage of the project. She also went FAR above and beyond what many design firms will do, and has managed every aspect of the project meticulously. She has overseen a large crew of delivery personnel, furniture re-upholstery, electricians, HVAC repair folks, window treatment installation teams - you name it, they have all worked with and been managed by Jenae to make this home a reality for us. Jenae is also thoughtful, respectful and very creative in addition to being a consummate professional. She scoured the most far-flung furniture showrooms and stores all over the city and surrounding areas to find unique, tasteful pieces for us that complemented the theme we selected to "anchor" the home. And finally, her attention to our established budget was absolute. We are already making plans for "Phase II" once we get settled.! 5 stars isn't enough for European Flair.

Amazing! Jenae is very brilliant at what she does. My home is so beautiful because of her. Jenae knows her Design she is pro-active, hard worker and I adore all the materials and finishes she chose. She carefully executes everything from the beginning of the project to the finish. She is budget conscious and worth every dime of her pay. I like how she takes her time picking out the furnishings and accessories and then brings everything together for a brilliant finish! thanks for a phenomenal home! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the project small or large. I bid either on the entire project or I bill hourly. Whatever is best for the client and their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a first time meet and greet. I get to know my customer and they get to know me. I access there needs are and I use my knowledge and combine what I know will work for them in the area of functuality and balance. Once, we I know their wants, I give them a proposal so they can see the scope of work and pricing and if they agree we move on to contract and start making their home fabulous!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. I was the I am at all the trade shows, conventions and staying with the new innovative designs, constantly staying up with the new and the innovative designs that are out there.
