- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no set pricing schedule although our first initial consultation is $250 for up to 2 hours on an in-person visit to the property. Pricing after that is dependent on whether the client would like a full report with pictures and recommendations, hands on staging of client's existing furnishings or our company providing our furniture and accessories for the project. We also can provide packing assistance for a fee, shopping services charged at an hourly rate with a separate invoice for items purchased for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will call or invite potential client to call at their convenience to discuss their scope of work and then schedule an on-site visit and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a certified Expert Staging Course, but aside from that I have spent the last 20 years in design and renovation of both residential and commercial properties.
