Kassandra booked a date for home cleaning. The morning she was scheduled to arrive, she texted me saying she was in the hospital. No problem. I waited a few days to hear from her. She texted me saying she was better and could do it the next day. We scheduled it. The time came and went. I texted her multiple times. No responses. Basically, she was a “no call, no show.” Now I’ve wasted a week and I have to contact someone else. Very disappointed.
