- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Classy Solutions, LLC we work hard to keep our costs low and pass along those savings to every client! We offer the best value in home improvement for southern NV!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client reaches out with a home improvement need via phone or email. I request additional information or pictures if needed to provide a free estimate. If a personal inspection is required, a flat $25 service fee is charged for the visit. Once the estimate is approved, an appointment is scheduled. There is a reminder sent out the day prior to the appointment. Once the work is completed, the customer pays the invoice in full.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve read many technical manuals and reviewed countless professional instructional videos. My main focus is DIY projects and repairs.
