Our garage spring broke this morning and after calling several companies, who would only give us a quote if we allowed them to come out and do a safety inspection, I called Tonis garage door service. The dispatcher was friendly and considerate of our situation and quickly dispatched someone for us, We received a call within 10 minutes to set up time to arrive for repairs and within two hours after contacting them, our garage was completed at a really really good price compared to other quotes that we had received. In fact the price was so reasonable that we were able to replace a plastic part in the center with a quality steel bearingOur tech Gustavo gave us options and explained the benefits of each of them. Gustavo was very understanding of the fact that we were on unlimited budget due to this happening right after Christmas and we really didnt have a large budget to work with. Gustavo Applied a lubricant to everywhere necessary as well as left the garage, clean no pieces parts anywhere no oil on the floor. Nothing impeccable job on his part. Definitely a quality employee.I will be contacting them to replace my current opener with a new modern system solely Based on the courtesy and professionalism displayed from everyone I had contact with.

Absolutely a great garage door repair and sales company. Gustavo repaired my garage door that I backed into when it was on it's way up. He was very professional and did a great repair job saving me thousands from having to buy and install a new door.

The technician was polite and efficient. My four star rating is because the original price he threw out was $730 including labor for a job I received three subsequent quotes for that were between $450 and $490. Those quotes were for the exact same for the exact parts and installation. Please note, those quotes were given to me over the phone based off of supplied pictures of my garage door. Also, the other four quotes included a ten year warranty on Both parts and labor whereas your invoice specifies only one year on labor which is not the same as people can charge whatever they want for labor. I understand companies can charge whatever they want and had I called enough companies, I may have gotten higher quotes than yours.
