It was a pleasure working with Michael and Heather @ Fine Touch Finishing LLC. I spoke with them and scheduled over a month ago; they were very flexible with my availability to have Michael at my home for my furniture repair. Communication was top notch. We always try and keep our prices reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to treat every customer the same. sometimes the proccess can be intimidating to a new customer so we really try to make it a comfortable and smooth experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school and learned several different fields of repair. I worked for a prestigious designer that always insisted perfection and attention to detail. I've worked for several companies repairing and finishing many things for aprox 13 years.
