I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians to fix my Assault bike. They came out and diagnosed the problem - once the part came in they replaced it and now my bike is back to new, and honestly in better shape than it’s been since I bought it. Alex was very detailed and made sure the calibration was perfect. Highly recommend and will use FMT again in the future.
