Kirk was prompt on arrival with a friendly but professional manner. Quickly went to work. Found the issue, then explained everything thoroughly, even pictures of the current situation and what parts with which he is proposing to use. I could see it myself without crawling under the house. He pointed out what wasnt required but suggested to replace. All you can ask for when getting an estimate.Kirk returned a couple days later to make the repairs in a quick, friendly, and efficient manner. Very happy with the service provided

My hot water heater wasn't working. I called Riley & they had a same-day appointment at 9am. That's exceptional & I liked that! The tech, Daniel, was very knowledgeable & professional. He diagnosed the thermocoupler to be the issue. He had the parts on his truck. After about 70 minutes later, the problem was fixed & my hot water was restored. Thanks fellas!

Luis and Ramiro really worked at making sure I was happy with the project. They tried a few options and together we found the best way to reroute our plumbing. They made sure everything was done, worked, was cleaned and that we were happy. Top notch!
