My hot water heater wasn't working. I called Riley & they had a same-day appointment at 9am. That's exceptional & I liked that! The tech, Daniel, was very knowledgeable & professional. He diagnosed the thermocoupler to be the issue. He had the parts on his truck. After about 70 minutes later, the problem was fixed & my hot water was restored. Thanks fellas!

In my opinion, in my experience, Rileys Plumbing runs a racket. It cost me $120.00 to call them on the phone to book an appointment, and then another $500.00 to have them replace just one outdoor faucet. Instead hire a plumber who can, and will fix your water problem at a fair price. It seems to me that at that price Riley should let his customers know up front what to expect. That would be the fair thing to do. I assumed, like with other contractors with whom I have worked, honest prices.
