Exceptional Service from Sierra Tech Connect!
Hussein was incredibly responsive and courteous from the start. During our phone conversation, he quickly diagnosed exactly what I needed. Within days, he was at my doorstep with the necessary equipment to cut the cord on my cable company and significantly boost my cell phone service.
Not only did he set everything up seamlessly, but he also helped me upload and organize all of my streaming services. He even went the extra mile by having my husband sit in his favorite chair and walking him through the new system to ensure he had a clear understanding of how everything worked.
