The initial meeting with the project management team, the estimate review, and the scheduling of the work went smoothly. The work crews arrived on schedule, kept the project area clean, and completed the work efficiently and quickly. The project also included new stucco, new awnings, trim, and paint for the house. Having one contractor and management team to accomplish this project was a plus.

It’s hard these days to find a contractor that can provide you value, good quality service and on time completion. Exceed construction helped me with two large projects spanning two properties ranging from stucco work, backsplash replacement, new TPO roofing and more miscellaneous projects around the two homes. I made the Thumbtack request on a Saturday evening a little before 9AM. Within minutes Exceed reached out to me to see about scheduling a time they could come out for an estimate. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They gave me a great estimate, did the work expeditiously & professionally.
