Espada did not inform me in advance they were going to substitute a different garage opener than agreed. When they showed up they were unable to install it because they had only a step ladder and couldn't reach high enough. Andrew said he would come back in two days to do the job first thing.
After I had a chance to research the Chamberlain belt drive he left in my garage, I asked that he instead bring the Liftmaster opener we had agreed he was to install, because of the 8' height of my garage door. He agreed, but then texted later he had an emergency call and could not come. He would get back to me later that day. That was over a week ago. I've heard nothing since from Andrew.
I see the four nice reviews for Espada, but in my experience Espada has been a hit-or-miss contractor. I will ask Andrew to retrieve his equipment, and I will search for another contractor.

Never showed up, took the whole day off from work. :-(
I texted several times, no response. Very disappointed. I got someone else to do it for half the price.
