I reached out to Joshua to help my senior parents move into a new home. When I met with him he knew that the job would require an additional person to support the work that needed to be done. Joshua and Joel did an AMAZING job getting all of the tasks completed! They put together a very difficult desk, hung 15 pieces of art, hooked up my parent's computer and printer, installed grab bars in the bathrooms and showers, set up the garage remote to work, installed a showerhead, created a workbench for my father to put his tools, and move boxes to the basement and break down all empty boxes. The MOST IMPORTANT thing was that my father loved/trusted Joshua and he will call him often to help around the house. I can relax knowing that Joshua will take care of my senior parents!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat rate of $70 an hour with a $50 service call fee to any client outside of Boulder, with a 4 hour minimum on my time charge (front range only)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to do a Zoom or FaceTime call to establish a rapport and good customer foundation, so I can take the time to get to know my prospective clients like they were my own friends.
