- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While the cost of your home can vary pretty widely depending on several factors (how many colors you've chosen, the size of the home, how much repair is needed, etc.), the average cost tends to be $3,500-$8,500 for a full exterior repaint, $4,500-$9,500 for a full interior repaint, and $3,500-$7,500 for kitchen cabinet refinishing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the initial consultation. We'll come out and give you a free estimate. As we do our inspection, we'll make recommendations as to what your home does or doesn't need, and will assist in any questions you may have. When you hire us, we keep in touch every step of the way so that you are comfortable and confident in your decision. After that, you just sit back and relax while we transform your home into the home you've been dreaming of!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there is currently no licensing requirements for painters in the state, we are registered with the state and licensed as a business. And of course we carry full Auto, Liability, and Worker's Comp Insurance. We hire our painters based on character instead of skill, so you know that you have great people working on your home. That being said, skill is definitely important! That's why we provide ongoing in-house training and testing, as well as PCA (Painting Contractors Association) assisted training for all of our employees, regardless of experience.
