Rich was excellent. He was timely and professional from the time he assessed the property to the time he completed the work. He made sure to always keep us informed and took great care in craftsmanship and details. He treated the house as though it was his own. I will definitely use Rich's services again in the future

We met and made and arrangement but he never did the work. I texted a few times and he said it was because of the floods that he couldn't do it. I see his ads on craigslist so i know he is working. He should've just told me the project didn't interest him or that it wasn't in his skill set. It's a shame because now I have to go through the process all over again.

my typical process usually consists of my designer having a one on one meeting to consult and 3-D vision of work if needed, easy repairs or strait forward work will require a onsite description of work needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman carpenter, I graduated from Southwest Union Carpentry school in Southern California in the year 2001, Completed a four year apprenticeship.
