FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always welcome every customer with open arms and do our best to get to know the customers we are working for. We want to know every detail about what they are looking for when hiring for a specific project. First and foremost, we like to set up an in-home consultation. a consultation allows us the opportunity to meet our potential customer, see their home, meet their pets (if they have any), take pictures and measurements of the project area and answer any questions our customer may have. After the consultation, we will gather what information we have to prepare an accurate estimate. Once the estimate has been sent, we encourage our customers to take their time, ask for more information if needed, and if there are any changes they request, to please reach out. Each customer and each job is very different, so we strive to give the customer exactly what they are looking for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of people, from young first time homebuyers to people who have been in there homes for 40+ years. We will accept any customer with open arms and ensure our commitment to high quality standards within our trade. We have worked with some wonderful people and can't wait to meet our future customers!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We love every aspect of what we do. That is why we are in business. We love doing repair work on our customers homes, as seeing the final results are gratifying for us and our customers. Demolition is always enjoyable. It is satisfying to tear something apart that is damaged and worn, just to repair it back to its original beauty. We restore the aesthetics of the home, while also building onto the strength and durability. Repair work can be tricky and the length of time is difficult to assess until we can see the true extent of the damage. A small hole could take an hour or two, while repairing the parapits of a home could take up to 3 weeks.
