- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are detailed and itemized. We work with several suppliers which creates fair pricing for the customer. We have percentage discount for military, first responders, veterans, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer will be reached out by our project manger, Justin, who will schedule a time to complete a physical roof inspection at the convenience of the customer. At the time of inspection our project manger will inspection the roof or areas of needed repair, collect measurements, and provide a quote to the customer. Part of our roof inspection requires Justin to also notify the customer of wind or hail damages to the roof. If damages from storm related events are found, Justin can provide assistance of working alongside your insurance to cover the cost of repair or replacement to your roof. The inspection, quote, and assistance with weather related claims(if necessary)are free of charge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Roofing has been in our family for 3 generations handed down from our grandfather to our father and onto us.
