He not only fixed the leak in our roof, he spent some time looking over the whole roof to give us an evaluation. Really help us in a professional manner. Very kind and caring and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We will call him when we are in need of more roof work.

Lucky's crew took such good care of me. They made me feel like I was the only job they had and that that job was excellence. They handled EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING). They assisted in the process with the insurance adjuster and insurance company. They helped to educate me with that which I was not aware of. When extras were needed that I worried about, they handled it with ease and like it was no big deal. They even went above and beyond to help me with a problem that arose that had nothing to do with my roof and they didn't just help, they made it like that problem never happened. They paid attention to detail and are very talented. I was impressed over and over again throughout the project. They made me feel like they were my roof TEAM. They did three roofs of mine in three days. Amazing! They worked like a well-oiled machine. They were so respectful and compassionate to my place. They really handled me with care. And my goodness...my roofs! They are beautiful! They added to the aesthetic of my property as well as the value. Getting a new roof, as I've heard, can be a painstaking process. Not for me. If I had ever held off on getting it done, maybe it was so that Lucky's could be found. You will be very glad you chose Lucky's, Humberto and Victor and their crew.
