Asked these guys to come to my place in Santa Fe and run a gas line about five feet. John came to my place, told me I needed to take up the sub floor and they would run the line up through the wall and out. I made it very clear that I was doing this for a stove. I also asked them to bring a replacement piece of plywood as the one I was going to tear up was beyond repair. John said not a problem. Was told Mike would be showing up in the morning. Right at about noon I called John to find out where Mike was. He didn't know. So, Mike showed up with the replacement plywood and said he didn't have his trailer and if John had told him, he would have done it. I had borrowed a saw from a friend and was ready to cut up the plywood. Mike said no, we can just crowbar it up. He started to pry into the plywood and tore up the plank holding the plywood. I had to brace the plank with a two by four so I could lay the plywood I went and got from the hardware store a couple days later. Meanwhile, I have a four foot by eight foot hole in my floor. Anyways, long story short, I'm left doing carpentry to fix my place, I have to hire another plumber to fix this valve coming out of my wall at five inches, which won't fit a stove, and fix this drywall that I had to cut so Mike could drill. Oh, and they broke the main valve from the outside gas company connection going into the structure. When I tried to get it fixed by John, nothing! See the images below. Totally not worth it. Miscommunications, lack of knowledge, lacking customer service.

Worked with John from Performance Plumbing. He was excellent. He sent a plumber out the same day and provided a very reasonable cost to replace the leaking water heater and address violations (as well as rebuild platform it was one). He came back out the same day it was approved and got the work done quickly and it looks great! Also did things the right way via obtaining permit and having inspector pass the work. I'm very pleased with his work and will continue to use him in the future!

we switched to another pro performance plumbing was too expensive their were inconsistencies in what the rep said and what the webpage said the reviews were inaccurate.

we give free estimates that includes educating the customer with affordable options. ofcoarse we give military discounts and appreciate every veteran and active military personnel as well as police. Thank you so much for protecting our freedoms!!!! we also offer extreme discounts for seniors!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, we always educate our customers to give them a full understanding of the plumbing issue. offer several options if possible. our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and intend on building long lasting relationships

I went through a five year apprenticeship school plus business classes to be able to open Performance Plumbing LLC
