My name is Ivey and my passion is helping others learn to feel amazing in their own bodies and learning how to properly fuel our bodies to reach our full potential. And of course, I also love the fitness portion and helping guide you through that, too! I’ve focused on my health for many years, and have helped others with their journey for 3 years now. While I work towards my degree in Nutrition, I utilize the knowledge i’ve gained over the years throughout my own fitness journey.
I know staring this journey can be extremely overwhelming- we hear so many things all over the place about focusing on whole foods, importance in vitamins and minerals, weight lifting, walking/running/pilates/yoga??? It can be a lot to take in, but that’s what I’m here for.
Online training & Nutrition/Wellness Guidance. My online training package includes a personalized workout schedule that fits into your weekly routines, a personalized meal plan with a written out grocery list and exact recipes, personal recommendations on wellness tips for you specifically, weekly check ins with me & I am also always on call for you when you need me. I want to make this as easy as possible for you, and for you to start seeing AND feeling results as quickly as possible!
In-person training: If you are interested in in-person training, you’ll need to have a membership to a local gym that I attend. If you are interested in this, we will discuss it privately.
