- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Household Organizing and sorting the Organic way in 3 steps; keep, donate, store. Average service day lasts between 3-5 hours= $150-$250 Price per hour $50. This is for service and travel (if my travel round trip is equal to or greater than an hour) Payment is due at the end of the service day. I take away any items to be discarded or donated, and clean up the working area, as best I can, before I leave. Payment types; Cash, Venmo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange a meet and greet, take pictures, then one step at a time, one day at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended New Mexico Highlands University, in Las Vegas, NM. I spent 30 years in customer service and administration, with a focus on the travel industry. I've personally experienced a great deal of moving and moving friends and family between locations, learning so much (and still learning) along the way! I am a natural problem solver and have always enjoyed working with people to resolve their orgnizing, clutter, estate liquidation, or moving issues. I am also skilled in minor home repair:)
