John made amazing and creative crepes for us for the holidays. It's so hard to find good crepes here, and I thought it was cool that these ones were made with local ingredients.

Amazing food! Worked with me to create a personalized menu for my birthday dinner that captured the nostalgia of one of my favorite meals growing up but with lovely special touches that made it new and even more delicious. I really liked his use of local produce and the dessert was so amazing. John is also one of the most punctual and efficient people I've hired for anything. Also incredibly clean and respected my kitchen space. It was a truly pleasure and a wonderful dinner experience.
