- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates do not reflect fixed prices for specific services. Cost of materials and fuel, and variables job to job effect pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out and schedule a time that works for you to complete all necessary tasks. Our normal process is: initial contact, schedule a walk-through, deliver estimate, schedule work, complete work, invoice and payment exchange.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Countless hours of heavy machinery instruction, service, maintenance and repair and operation for a vast array of projects is shared between the employees of Sagebrush Southwest.
