Carmen is amazing. The results were "show ready" as promised, she got to my project quickly and worked till it was completed. Carmen is also, simply put, a good person, and you might not think that's important, but she takes justifiable pride in her work and her care is evident in her results.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing...that is always a good question. There is a base price and then a add on price. Each additional task that is out of the norm will have an additional rate. Each cleaner has their own sliding scale too. Just because one cleaner did something do not assume the next cleaner will.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client at the property that needs clean and conduct a walk through of duties that need to be done. This is the only way to give a accurate and though estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality business for many years. My cleaning over the years have been residential, commercial and industrial.
